Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Scroggs Elementary

Enrollment is continuous throughout the school year. To enroll a child in the Pre-K/Head Start program, all of the following information must be provided to the Pre-K/Head Start office:Proof of Parent's Income Verification can include W-2 forms, pay check stubs, college loan or grant information, or a letter from a caseworker stating income. Verification from other income such as unemployment benefits, social security, or child support.Certified Copy of Birth Certificate (or passport, I-94)Health Insurance Card, private or MedicaidChild's Social Security CardProof of residency in school district
