Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Kirksville Early Childhood Learning Center

Enrollment at the ECLC is open to all children between the ages of six weeks to Kindergarten eligibility, without discrimination in regard to race, gender or ethnic origin. 

If you would like your child to attend the ECLC, the first step is to contact the office and ask to be put on the waiting list. When a space becomes available, you will be contacted by phone. At that time, or earlier upon request, an appointment for a tour will be made so that you may decide whether the environment is right for your family.

Before your child starts a program, you and your child will be able to visit the room, join in activities, learn about the daily schedule, meet the teachers and talk to the administrative staff. Visits will be scheduled through the ECLC office. Please bring any questions or concerns you have. This is an important day for both parents and children and we want you to feel comfortable with every aspect of the ECLC.
