How can you get a child into this program, with so many inept people working there. They have lost or misplaced applications many different times in two years. One year was told that the child in question was accepted, only to be removed for another child that was either related or a friends. Favor of family or friends should never be used in a government program or any programs used for children. If this is the norm allowed, then no wonder there are so many children that are behind the learning curve. Of course if this is looked into to the local branch will deny any wrong doing.As I talked to other parents, this treatment has been normal for a long time.
