Youth Policy Institute operates an Early Head Start center as well as a home-based program. In order to enroll you need to live in one of the following zip codes: 90004 | 90027 | 90028 | 90029 | 90031 | 90032 | 90038 | 90065. You will also need the following: age verification record; income eligibility; address verification; proof of employment/unemployment; proof of enrollment in a vocational/educational program; families receiving TANF, SSI, CalWORKS, and/or homeless automatically qualify.

I was harrass by a security guard there with orange glass about 5 ft tall messing with me causing me mental agitation .He constantly bother my Service Dog.
