Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: York Head Start Center - SCO

The mission of sumter county opportunity, inc. is to reduce the effects of poverty on low-income children and to provide high-quality preschool comprehensive services to children and families. In general, eligibility is based on family income at or below the poverty level.

Families with other situations including homelessness, and children in foster care, or receiving SSI or TANF also are eligible.

They will also tell you what documents you should bring with you to apply.
