Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (SMMUSD) Child Development Services provides early childhood education for children who are 3 to 5 years old on or before September 1st. Class sizes range from 16 to 24. To begin enrollment, all parents must complete apre-enrollment applicationand bring the last 12 months of income verification to Child Development Services (tax return, pay stubs, TANF payments, child support, etc.) at 2828 Fourth Street, Santa Monica, CA 90405, 310-399-5865.
