(Children 3-5 may be eligible for our Head Start Program).     I live in Sterling IL and would like information on how to enroll my 2 grandsons (ages 3 and 4 yrs old) to Head Start. I currently have temporary foster care for them both. Both their physician and Social Services asked that I get them enrolled in a head start program ASAP.
