Do you have any experience with the office personnel? How were they?

They do not call back. They do not answer questions. And they do not let you know if your child got into school

Signed my kids up filled out applications online and in the office months ago for 2 first time students. School starts tuesday, and they don't even have the decency to call anyone about if their child is getting to start school. Myself and 10 other parents I know of with first time students, called left messages with reception. We were told they would call us back after they checked their lists of students. No call backs from anyone for anyone. Just a bunch of upset kids wanting to go to school, who don't know if they are allowed and it starts in 4 days. Not to mention all of us parents who went and bought school clothes and shoes for kids we don't even know if they now even get a chance at a proper education. This is totally hands down unacceptable, unprofessional, and un organized. What are we supposted to do show up to meet the teacher and ask if our kids even got a spot? I am beyond livid at how they are treating people since taking over. You do not ignore parents and children who qualify for school who have learning needs and just act like we are nothing to this community. My black kids deserve an education as well especially mine who have speech needs and my other one in baby net. You all need to do better for these kids and parents.
