Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Salida Home Based EHS

Salida Union School District (SUSD) manages part day and full day Head Start locations. You will need: Proof of Income within the last 12 months (Income Tax Return, W-2, Pay Stubs, TANF, SSI, Self Employment, etc.); Child's Immunization Record; Child's Medical Information; Child's Birth Certificate.
