Requirements to enter the head start program:The Head Start Program is a program free of charge for people with low income. Therefore our program has to follow The Head Start Family Income Guidelines that are set by The United State of America poverty guidelines. To see if you are eligible to enter the program please visits this link:However, when you come to one of our sites you will have to bring a W-2 form that states your yearly incomeNew York State Photo ID or the New York Drivers LicenseTANF stipend award letter, Social Security award letterForster or kinship guardian or providers must provide their agency's child support award letterYou will also need to live within the Zip Code of the Head Start Program location to be acceptedEach child must have their immunizations up-to-dateAll children are required to have a complete medical check-up (physical) and dental check-upHours of OperationWe are open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-3:00pm.The program sites can be found at
