We are currently a third party guardian for our great granddaughter, Rylie. She will be three years old in June and we could really use help in taking care of her. She needs some sort of daycare due to her need for socialization. She is a little slow in talking, not up to others her age. She was told she needs speech therapy, but the mother never took her. Her mother is in Spokane and we live in Peshastin off Hwy. 97. We currently have custody of her and want to give her some help for her future. We want to break the cycle her mother is in. Her mother has a mother that is a drug user, she is a drug user and her father died from drugs. Please let me know if there are any programs that I can pursue to help Rylie for her future.
