How does an individual enroll in the program? Applying for Head Start services is a simple process. Contact the CACOST Head Start 0-5 Program in your community. An application for admission is completed and submitted to the Enrollment Coordinator. Copies of birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, medical insurance, proof of benefits and proof of income should be submitted with your application.

Hello Im trying to find out some information about the Ingleside Head Start program and the number listed goes straight to a voicemail and you can not leave a message. So I'm not sure how to get an application, can someone get in contact with me. Thanks.
I am trying to get both my kids enrolled into early Headstart and I do live in Ingleside Texas. I try to enroll them But they said they didn’t have any openings for my two-year-old but I have a two-and a four-year-old.
