Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Huron Head Start - FEOC

Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (FEOC) operates Head Start/Early Head Start centers as well as a home-based program. Head Start gives priority to families based on age of child and household income. 10% of enrollment is reserved for children with disabilities. To begin the registration process for Head Start, please bring your childs birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of income to the center nearest to you. Call (559) 263-1527 for more information. We take applications year round. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday Friday. To begin the registration process for Early Head Start call or walk into our Central Office(1920 Mariposa Mall, Suite 130, Fresno, CA 93721, (559) 263-1550) to complete an Interest Card. An Early Head Start staff member will then call to arrange an appointment to complete a program application with the parent/guardian. Applications for program services are accepted year-round. Center Based applications must be completed at the center you wish to apply for.
