Quick Enrollment Application Our families must complete an application form. Once you have completed the application form, you must then provide proof of your child's date of birth and family income. You can mail or bring your application to Administrative Offices. When we receive your application, we will review it and inform you whether or not your family qualifies for Head Start or if we need more information

I have a client who is interested in your program. Her son is 3 years old and is mostly non-verbal.
I am following up for a client that would be a great candidate for this program, he is three years old and mostly non-verbal. I would love to get him into this program.
