My daughter and I will be moving to Pullman, Washington. We are living in Lewiston, Idaho right now and I work in Moscow. My daughter is 4 and I would like to enroll her in a Head Start program close to where I work since she has had a tough beginning. Her birthday is in December, making her ineligible for school until she is almost 6.
