Sierra Cascade Family Opportunities (SCFO) is a private non-profit corporation that operates Head Start and Early Head Start centers in 4 counties: Lassen, Modoc, Plumas and Sierra. To enroll a child in one of our child development programs contact the Program closest to you to arrange an appointment to complete an application. Staff can come to your home to complete the application if needed. Calling 1-800-404-1242 will also connect you with a staff member who can assist you. When completing the application you will need to have a copy of the childs immunization record, and proof of family income. You can also contact us by filling in the information form and a staff member will contact you to complete an application.Click hereto contact us by form to enroll your child.
