Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Florence Howard Head Start - MCA

Mobile Community Action's (MCA) Head Start program serves nearly 1,500 low income children, between the ages of 3-5 and their families. MCA Head Start offers free services to families who reside in Mobile and Washington Counties and meet federal low-income guidelines. Families who receive public assistance or other benefits may also be eligible.

Visit or call a Head Start Center today to schedule an appointment with one of our Family Advocates. Please bring the following documents with you to your appointment: Your childs birth certificate; Current picture ID; Household income verification; and Proof of residency.
