You have to qualify to be able to attend. They look at several different factors to determine a child's at risk need but yes once your child is accepted it's free

my 5 yr old son went to educare while his 4 year old little brother was being treated at OU children's hospital with leukemia. the teachers and staff were wonderful not just with my 5 year old but also bonding with my 4 year old and making him feel accepted. he couldn't wait for the days he got to go there
