    Parents must provide:
    Proof of incomeValid birth certificateSocial Security CardInsurance information. An up-to-date day care immunization record is also required.Presently, they have two centers (one in Greenwood and one in Saluda).
    Centers are opened Monday though Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
