Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Early Childhood Education Center

Applications are available at the Early Childhood Education Center located at 4815 N. Center st. Scottsdale, AZ 85256.

Please provide the following documentation:

• Child's birth certificate
• Social Security Number
• Tribal ID cards for parent(s) and child
• Proof of income for the previous twelve months
• Child's Current Immunization record.

Children with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
