Community Action Partnership of North Alabama (The Partnership) is a leading non-profit partner organization in North Alabama that is committed to reducing or eliminating the causes and consequences of poverty. We have Head Start locations in Blount, Cherokee, Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Morgan and Winston Counties.
