Applications are available online, by calling 533-4800, or by e-mailing headstart@iel.spokane.edu.

Complete the application, print it and return it to our administrative office at 3939 N. Freya st. or to the site that best meets the needs of your family.

They can help you complete your application or provide a translator.

Head Start, ECEAP and Early Head Start locations All eligible applicants are placed on a waiting list.
