EligibilityPregnant women and families with children born 9/1/07 and after are eligible to apply for Early Head Start services. Priority is given to families that are considered income eligible. We process applications throughout the year and accept applicants as space permits. Service AreaOur service area includes the following cities: Amesbury, Boxford, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley , Salisbury and West Newbury.
