Our programs - Head Start, Early Head Start, and ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) - are integrated to create a comprehensive and efficient Early Learning Department.
 
Serving Kitsap, Clallam, and Jefferson counties, we offer comprehensive education, health, nutrition, and family support services for more than 560 income eligible families and their children, prenatal to age five.  Our program also provides ongoing education and leadership opportunities for parents, and a strong professional development program for early childhood educators and caregivers.
