What type of documentation do I need to apply for head start?
Birth Certificate, proof of income show the previous 30 days worth of check stubs if ur working if not you'll need a notice of decision from the public aid office and if ur receiving ssi or said then you'll need your benefit award letter, dental exam and a physical from this year you can get it from your child's pediatrician.
